Yes New For Old Replacement: Replacement tablet delivered the next working day. To get you back up and running quickly, we aim to replace and deliver your tablet the next working day. This is following acceptance of your claim and payment of your excess before 5p.m. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.�
